Southstone Yards

Southstone Yards is a 45-acre mixed use development campus in Frisco, Texas by leading real estate development company Crow Holdings Development.

Crow Holdings and the office leasing team at CBRE looked to Torque to evolve the Southstone Yards brand and develop creative marketing resources to support leasing efforts for the first office building on the campus.

The office building is the first mass timber construction in North Texas, leading us to develop a visual brand characterized with wood grain textures and a color palette combining warm and cool tones, referencing the eco-conscious focus and warmth of natural wood.
