CASE STUDY

CME Center

CME Center, or Chicago Mercantile Exchange Center, was once the world’s largest commodities exchange. Today, it is a two-tower Class A office campus owned and managed by global real estate developer Tishman Speyer.

The marketing and leasing teams at Tishman Speyer brought the building’s existing logo to Torque looking to refresh the visual identity to bring warmth, life, sophistication, and a fresh perspective to the brand — to match their newly and beautifully redesigned lobby and to promote office leasing at the campus.

Stemming from Tishman Speyer’s deep commitment to hospitality, we studied luxury hotel and retail brands to inspire the refreshed identity for CME Center. We redefined the color palette, typography, and graphic elements, and ultimately redesigned and rebuilt their website, and created an interactive, animated sales presentation along with other marketing resources like emails and flyers.
