T3 RiNo

T3 RiNo is a six-story, 235,000-square-foot T3 (Timber, Transit and Technology) office building in Denver’s River North Art District (RiNo) — home to the city's artists and creative community.

Our clients at Hines, McCaffery, and Ivanhoé Cambridge created the logo and needed the support of us at Torque to develop a voice and visual communication to boost marketing and leasing efforts for the new office.

The brand elements, website, and marketing deliverables we created were designed to connect with companies seeking young, creative, and ambitious talent looking to plant roots in an up-and-coming neighborhood.
