DESIGN

Each project has different needs, but they all benefit from a consistent process. Here’s what you can expect from me as we work on design projects together:

  • Discovery, Planning, and Scoping — I’ll work with all stakeholders to learn about your current situation, and where you need to be. Together we’ll define what a successful outcome looks like. I’ll follow up with a project plan and timeline that fits your needs.

  • Design & Delivery — I’ll create the deliverables, keep you updated on the timeline, and discuss any feedback. After you approve the creative, I will manage production, delivery, and launch, along with training for ongoing use as needed.

With 10+ years in design and creative marketing, you can count on me for:

project management

Whether I’m project managing while I’m designing, or working solely in the project management role as part of a team on any deliverable, you can rely on me for organization and efficiency.

  • Tasking — I’ll break the project down into phases and tasks, and make sure everyone is clear on what’s needed and who’s responsible. We’ll identify and clear blockers together.

  • Planning — I’ll define project milestones and develop a timeline(s) that helps everyone succeed.

  • Communicating — I’ll schedule workshops / touch-bases as needed, share project status reports, and exchange feedback for the success of the project.

creative coaching

I would be a great fit for young or early-career creatives or project managers looking to grow and improve in their role through coaching and mentorship.
